services

our people test your apps, doing the work automation can't.

Four service lines — web, native apps, AEO/GEO, healthcare — sharing one combined methodology. Automated where it's cheap. Human where it matters. Real people. Real testing. Real accessibility.

what we do

four ways we work.

Three core service lines plus a focused healthcare practice. Each follows the same combined methodology — automated baseline, expert manual review, lived-experience testing.

01 · web & digital

web & digital accessibility auditing.

Definition. Comprehensive WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 conformance testing for websites and complex web applications.

The AI angle. We flag the structural and semantic issues that block both screen readers and AI crawlers — ensuring your site is optimized for the next generation of search alongside the audience the law already requires you to serve.

Deliverables. Prioritized issue reports, remediation guidance, and verification retesting.

Differentiator. Automated tools catch roughly 30% of accessibility issues. Our human testers catch the invisible 70% — and those are the ones that lose you users.

02 · native apps

native app testing — iOS & Android.

Definition. Specialized accessibility validation for mobile products using platform-specific testing protocols — VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android, Switch Control, Voice Control.

The differentiator. Real disabled testers validating real VoiceOver and TalkBack experiences. This is an underserved gap in the market that we have filled for over a decade through the A11y App Review program — a body of work that informs every native app engagement we deliver.

Deliverables. Annotated screen captures, recorded tester sessions (with permission), platform-specific findings, prioritized remediation roadmap.

03 · AEO/GEO strategy

AEO/GEO accessibility strategy.

Definition. Strategic consulting that connects your AI content strategy to your accessibility requirements. Semantic markup, heading hierarchy, structured data — the foundational elements that allow LLMs to ingest and rank your content accurately.

The focus. The structural overlap between WCAG-required semantic HTML and LLM-required content structure. The same H1 hierarchy that helps a screen reader user orient on the page is what helps an LLM understand the page's intent.

Deliverables. Content structure assessment, semantic markup recommendations, ongoing compliance checklist, remediation paths that improve both WCAG conformance and AI legibility in a single pass.

Honest about scope. We don't sell SEO. The SEO industry already owns the AEO/GEO conversation. What we sell is the slice of AEO readiness that is, in fact, an accessibility problem.

04 · healthcare · focused practice

healthcare accessibility.

A focused practice serving healthcare organizations — patient portals, clinical workflows, telehealth, member services. Accessibility under Section 508 + HIPAA + ADA together.

The equity argument. Accessibility failures in healthcare aren't a UX issue. They're an access-to-care issue. We test the actual patient journey with real disabled testers, not just compliance scans.

honest scope

what we don't do.

A clear list of where we step back, so you can choose us with eyes open. Most are deliberate scope decisions; one or two are values calls.

scope

we don't sell SEO.

The SEO industry already owns the AEO/GEO conversation. What we sell is the slice of AEO readiness that is, in fact, an accessibility problem — structural markup, semantic hierarchy, content discoverability through proper tagging. If you need keyword strategy or link-building, hire your SEO partner. We'll work alongside them.

scope

we don't crowdsource testing.

No anonymous panels. No pay-per-task tester marketplaces. Our testers are vetted professionals who use assistive technology daily and choose to do this work consistently. The cost shows up in our pricing; the quality shows up in the findings you couldn't have gotten anywhere else.

scope

we don't sub to overseas QA shops.

Accessibility is a domain practice, not a QA task. Sending it offshore to a generic testing vendor reliably produces shallow reports and missed lived-experience failures. Every audit on this site is staffed by named people, working in-house, accountable to you directly.

scope

we don't issue "compliance certificates."

WCAG conformance is a moving target. It depends on what shipped that week, what platform updated overnight, and which AT version your users have installed. We issue audit reports with conformance statements scoped to specific dates, surfaces, and methods — not stickers that imply a permanent pass. If a vendor offers you one, ask them what happens next sprint.

how we work

five steps, every engagement.

Same methodology across web, app, AEO/GEO, and healthcare. The order matters: automated first to clear baseline, then humans where the work is.

01

discovery

Understanding your product, platform, regulatory context, and current accessibility state.

02

automated scan

Clearing the baseline 30% of technical failures quickly, so budget goes to harder problems.

03

manual validation

Specialists and disabled testers catch the invisible 70% — the failures only a human notices.

04

prioritized roadmap

Findings organized by business and user impact, not just raw severity.

05

remediation support

Partnering with your team to fix, not just flag. Verification of fixes included.
